Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single shirt or hundreds. Every shirt is the same per-item price, and bulk discounts kick in automatically from 10 items.
How do I place an order?
Choose your garment, then pick your colour, size and print placement. Upload your artwork and check out. We'll send you a free digital proof to approve before anything is printed.
Can I order different sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Add each size and colour to your cart separately. Every item counts toward your bulk discount, even across different garments.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Send us the same artwork and garment details and we'll match your previous order.
Pricing and discounts
How much does a custom t-shirt cost?
Custom T-Shirts start at $32.95 for white with a front or back print, and $34.95 for black and other colours. Front and back printing adds $10. See our 2026 price guide for every garment.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed: 10% off 10+ items, 15% off 25+ items and 20% off 50+ items.
Are there setup fees?
No. Our listed prices include your print, and your digital proof is free.
Artwork and proofs
What file types can I upload?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best for logos and text. High-resolution PNGs with a transparent background work well for photos and detailed designs. For PNG and JPG, aim for 300 DPI at print size. Read our artwork guide.
What if my file isn't good enough?
Upload it anyway. We check every file and let you know if anything needs fixing before we print.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Will the colours match my screen?
Screens show colour differently, so printed garments can look slightly different in person. If colour is critical, order one shirt first to check.
Printing and embroidery
What printing methods do you use?
We do screen printing, DTG (direct-to-garment) printing and embroidery, all under one roof. Not sure which suits your design? Read Screen Printing vs DTG or ask us.
When should I choose embroidery?
Embroidery is ideal for small logos on polos, work shirts, caps, beanies and aprons. It gives a raised, premium finish. See Printing vs Embroidery.
Can you print on my own garment?
Yes. Choose Print on Your Own Garment and bring your item to our studio.
Garments
What garments do you print on?
Tees, long sleeves, polos, hoodies, work shirts, hi-vis vests and polos, trucker caps, beanies, tote bags and aprons.
How many colours are available?
Our Custom T-Shirt comes in 37 colours, and the polo in 19. See our colour guide for help choosing.
Is your hi-vis suitable for night work?
No. Our hi-vis vest and polo are for day use only. Night work usually needs reflective tape, so always check your site's safety requirements.
Turnaround and pick up
How fast can I get my order?
Custom T-Shirt orders are dispatched the same day once you approve your proof. For other garments, contact us and we'll confirm timing.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pick up is free from our studio in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Choose pick up at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
